How a wedding invitation is usually structured
- Opening or host line: a blessing, or who is inviting ("Mr. and Mrs. Ahmed request the pleasure of your company").
- The invitation: the event name and the couple's names.
- When: day, date, and time. Include the day of the week, as people remember "Friday" better than "13th".
- Where: venue name and city, ideally with a map link.
- A closing line: a short welcome or dua.
