- What is InvitedHub?
- InvitedHub is an online invitation service. You add your events, such as Mehndi, Barat, and Walima, then your guest list, and InvitedHub creates a private invitation page for every family with the right events, venue maps, RSVP, and an add-to-calendar button.
- Can I send wedding invitations on WhatsApp?
- Yes. InvitedHub writes a personalised WhatsApp message for every family, including their name, event details, and their private invitation link. You copy it with one tap and send it from your own WhatsApp.
- Can different guests see different events?
- Yes. You choose which events each family is invited to. A family invited only to the Walima sees only the Walima on their invitation, while close family can see every event.
- Do guests need an account or an app to RSVP?
- No. Guests open their private link in any phone browser, see their invitation, answer Yes or No for each event, and can add the event to their calendar. Only the host needs an account.
- Is InvitedHub only for weddings?
- No. Alongside multi-event weddings, you can create a single-card invitation for birthdays, aqiqahs, engagements, school functions, office gatherings, and other celebrations, using the same card themes.
- How much does InvitedHub cost?
- There is a free plan for one event and up to 30 guests on that event. Paid plans cover 12 months and are paid by card, starting at PKR 999 (USD 9). They do not renew by themselves. Plus includes 80 guests on each event, Pro includes 200, and Pro+ has unlimited events and guests.
- Can I import my guest list?
- Yes. Download the guest spreadsheet template, fill in names, phone numbers, emails, family members, and which events each family is invited to, then upload it. You can also add or edit guests one at a time.
